Arara Azul Stamp

$120AUD

Subject: Blue macaw stamp
Medium: Acrylic on canvas
Size: 20 × 25 cm
Type: Original

Part of my Brasil Natives collection The Arara Azul (Hyacinth Macaw) is one of Brazil's most iconic birds, a symbol of the wild beauty of the Pantanal and Cerrado landscapes. Seeing one in the wild is the kind of experience that stays with you long after the moment has passed. I painted this piece in the style of a postage stamp, inspired by the idea of sending a small piece of home across the world. Hand-painted in acrylic on canvas with raised texture gesso, this is a one-of-a-kind original artwork, signed. Included with your painting: A hand-illustrated card featuring fun facts about the Arara Azul, a little extra piece of the story behind the artwork. Collector's Bundle: Purchase both originals from the Brasil Natives collection (Arara Azul and Peace Lilies) and receive each artwork for $105.
